CACI International Web Developer in International, South Korea
CACI is seeking an experienced Web Developer to support a government client at Osan Air Base, the Republic of Korea (South Korea).
The successful candidate will contribute by working with a team of GIS Analysts, Technical Architects, and other Web Developers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop intuitive, editable web applications which clearly communicate information
Evaluate pain points in existing customer workflows and create Web based solutions which improve those workflows
Data modeling to efficiently support web applications
Communicate proactively on program opportunities and threats
Evolve capabilities as required for system sustainability and efficiencies
Estimate level of effort for customer requested development tasks.
Translate customer inputs into meaningful web applications which solve problems.
You’ll Bring These Qualfications:
Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific or Technical discipline
Experience with full-stack web development using modern web frameworks
Excellent knowledge of web technologies and object-oriented programming
Ability to translate user described business problems into web-based solutions for implementation
Proficiency with server-side software such as IIS, Apache Tomcat, ArcGIS Server, Oracle Database
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and proactive in developing solutions
Current US DOD SECRET Clearance
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Proficiency with Object Orientated Programming Languages such as, Java, Groovy, C++, Scala, Python or Ruby
Development Experience using Grails 3.x and/or Angular 5
Experience with relational database concepts (Oracle)
Previous military or GeoBase experience
Experience with GitHub or other source code management system
Experience with Jira or other software issue tracking product
CompTIA’s Security+ certification
