CACI International Mid-Level Collection Requirements Manager in International, Kuwait
The Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) Intelligence Support Services Contract (CISSC) provides multi-faceted Intelligence Support services consisting of, but not limited to: Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Management (RCM), Special Advisors, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support, Foreign Government Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management (KM), as well as other analytic and target related intelligence support services to assigned military units in support of the overall Intelligence Mission in support of CJTF-OIR staffs and organizations.
More About the Role:
Identify intelligence gaps and collaborate with individual analysts and team leads within JISE to produce collection requirements to fill those gaps.
Assign priority intelligence requirements to collection disciplines and produce an All-source Intelligence, GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT, and HUMINT collection plan, including updating Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR)/Essential Elements of Information (EEI).
Communicate with higher and lower echelons units and disseminate collection plans.
Monitor for, validate, and distribute new collection requirements when required.
Answer collection related RFIs and support CJTF planning efforts with collection-relevant inputs.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Must have an active TS/SCI
A minimum of four years Collection Management operational experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies PLUS
Associate’s Degree OR four years of additional direct relevant experience
Thorough understanding of DoD and Service collection techniques, capabilities, and applications
Proficient in using basic computer applications to include MS Office (including PowerPoint) and intelligence related automation
Knowledge and familiarity of systems such as Falconview and C2PC
Experience with IC collection management systems (e.g. Coliseum) mission applications
Experience with communications capabilities within JWICS, INTELINK, and SIPRNet (e.g. MIRC, Jabber Chat, etc.)
Strong writing and briefing skills
Capable of effectively operating as a member of a joint/combined intelligence team
Capable of effective communication in the accomplishment of collection management reporting and requirements
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military enlisted or company grade officer
Knowledge of communication and dissemination architecture
Experience with tactical ground and air sensor operations and management
