CACI International COMSEC/EKMS Manager in International, Qatar

We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement AUAB-379th Qatar, AFCENT’s mission objectives.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Supervises and manages the daily activities of configuration and operation of business systems which may be mainframe, mini, or client/server based.
Provide Intermediate “hands on” work experience in support of installations, repair, and troubleshooting or maintenance of communications systems or equipment.
Must have the technical knowledge to solve complex problems, understand the interrelationships of circuits, and be able to exercise independent judgment in performing tasks in support of communications systems or equipment.
Performs a variety of difficult assignments associated with COMSEC duties IAW AFMAN 17-1302-0, COMSEC User Requirements. Perform COMSEC management as specified in the individual TO.
COMSEC management duties will include: System database management, to include compilation of system’s reports and overall system performance; Management of a DoD classified COMSEC account IAW National Security Agency and USAF-specified publications; Develop or verify existing key management systems to be compliant with Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) standards; Generate and distribute electronic keys from national and service-level sources to the end-item COMSEC component (end cryptographic unit (ECU); Perform semi-annual site visits to assist, train, and account for COMSEC equipment, as required by the TO.
More About the Role:
The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to have experience in Lead level ”hands on” work experience in supporting COMSEC keying materials and systems. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Lead level experience in the following:
Managing system databases, to include compilation of systems reports and overall system performance
Managing a DoD classified COMSEC account in accordance with National Security Agency (NSA) and specified service regulations
Managing and supervising communications support personnel
COMSEC (KMI and EKMS) standards
Generation and distribution of electronic keys from national and service level sources to the end-item communications security component (end cryptographic unit - ECU)
Currently hold an adjudicated Top-Secret Clearance and be able to maintain
BA/BS + 3 years recent specialized or AA/AS +5 years recent specialized or a major cert + 5 years recent specialized or 11 years of recent specialized experience
CompTIA Security + (IAT Level II or greater)
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
ITIL v3 - Foundation
Experience with GEM
Experience supporting DoD / AFCENT
Experience working with DISA and Circuit Actions
