CACI International Forward Supply Warehouse Manager in International, Qatar

Job Description

CACI is seeking a Forward Supply Warehouse Manager to support a broad range of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and sustainment tasks necessary to repair and maintain C-sUAS equipment at CONUS/OCONUS locations. This position will manage, coordinate, and direct materiel fielding support at a designated CONUS warehouse and execute fielding of follow-on maintenance and sustainment to include sparing and depot level support.

What You’ll Get to Do:

The candidate for this program will work closely with the Logistics Program Manager and will be responsible for organizing and implementing a variety of responsibilities related to the flow of materials, products, services, and associated systems information. Manages the performance of logistics functions including system fault analysis, inventory controls, maintenance and integrated product support (IPS) of major systems.

Duties may include managing the control of the flow of goods, services, and information between the point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements as well as ensuring the execution and improvement of standard logistic processes. Plans, schedules, and routes imports and exports, including monitoring the flow of traffic to/from international destinations, ensuring related customer service, brokerage, and customs transaction compliance. Assesses and maintains compliance with federal and foreign regulations governing the shipment, receipt, and documentation of imported/exported products.

The FSW Manager will serve as focal point for fielded logistics units requesting maintenance support and get to:

  • Directly support multiple deployed Field Service Representative (FSR) teams providing sensor maintenance and troubleshooting support to fielded units

  • Coordinate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) to ensure Just in Time (JIT) delivery of equipment and determine and warehouse OEM recommended sparring percentages.

  • Manage and track inventory and usage of Authorized Stockage List (ASL) repair parts at forward-deployed storage sites

  • Coordinate repair part shipments between OEM, depot and ASL storage sites

  • Develop and coordinate a Materiel Fielding Plan (MFP) with all stakeholders

  • Plan and conduct New Materiel Introductory Briefs (NMIB) with gaining units

  • Coordinate materiel fielding schedules and requirements with gaining and supporting commands

  • Deploy and lead teams to field sensor systems to gaining units

  • Plan for and direct the transfer or retrograde of any system or materiel being replaced or removed

  • Experience with Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), Capability Development Documents (CDD), and Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP)

  • Determine support requirements including facilities, personnel, safety, supply, transportation, maintenance and services

  • Direct and coordinate program activities designed to ensure effective and efficient economic support

  • Determine contingency requirements and solutions

  • Determine logistic support sequences and time phasing, problems arising from location of operational area, and other factors, such as environmental and human factors affecting personnel

  • Participate in planning development issues

  • Provide regular reporting to senior management on fielding issues

  • Participate in the creation of procedures and communication material that document logistic practices

  • Supervise less experienced staff

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Possesses a bachelor’s degree applicable to logistics management. An additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

  • Possesses a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in logistics management that includes at least five (5) years of experience supporting Department of Defense systems, preferably Air Force.

  • Must be knowledgeable and technically competent in all facets of product support to include, but not limited to, technical manual development, training, supply chain management, and maintenance concepts.

  • Experience with Department of Defense Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), Capability Development Documents (CDD), and Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP)

  • Familiarity with working in warehouse environment and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Must be able to travel up to 60% of time to both CONUS and OCONUS locations
