CACI is seeking a International Military Student Officer (IMSO) to maintain daily accountability, planning, travel, and oversight of International Military Students (IMS) and update International Travel Orders (ITO) as necessary. This position is located in Jacksonville, FL
More About The Role:
The candidate will maintain daily accountability, planning, travel, and oversight of International Military Students (IMS) and update International Travel Orders (ITO) as necessary. Program IMS training tracks into Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS). Interface directly with the project lead, lead IMSO coordinator, training scheduler, Country Liaison Officers (CLOs), liaison with various offices within NETSAFA, and external DoD/OEM vendors activities. Review and generate monthly International Military Student status reports.
Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship required
Must have active Secret security clearance and valid passport
3 years’ experience as an IMSO
2 years’ experience in use of International Military Student tracking tools such as Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) and SANWeb
Experience with FMS Case Student programing and tracking in support of DoD Security Assistance programs
Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks and effectively schedule required deliverables, meetings, and follow-up actions
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Requires strong written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with foreign military students in a team environment
Familiarity with Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and its application to FMS case development and implementation
Leveraging 525’s training program (Train to Qualify/Train to Certify), act as an independent assessor during crew certification events using virtual reality labs as well as underway on MMSCs
Desired Qualifications:
BA or BS degree preferred
Experience with large US Navy training programs with international students
Familiarity with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) policies/regulations and stakeholders such as: Navy International Programs Office (NIPO) and Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) or equivalents in other service branches
