Lead and grow one of the largest Program Management Office (PMO) Programs within the CACI Labs and Products operating group. Create and grow program opportunities that support our customers’ critical missions and address technical needs of the Intelligence Community (IC). Serve as a PMO senior leadership interface with Engineering Center, Technology Center, and Global Solutions Technical Operations (GSTO) constituents while reporting directly to the Vice President of Programs.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Lead, mentor and grow a talented team of Program Managers and Project Managers whose focus is to develop and deliver best in world technical solutions in support of the IC.
Manage and expand a portfolio of programs to support the evolving mission requirements of the IC, to include near peer national security threats.
Perform steady in-person customer engagement to identify and create new opportunities.
Identify and track market-specific needs, develop strategic direction, and implement a strategy for technology investment; facilitate white papers and proposal development as opportunities arise; coordinate pursuits with the business development team.
Contribute to and refine technological roadmaps that anticipate customer vision.
Leverage sector and CACI-wide capabilities to offer a full range of technical options.
Lead program execution and brief results to senior leadership as required.
Adhere to CACI Operational Excellence standards of reporting.
More About the Role:
Experience serving as a program lead for geographically disparate, multidisciplinary teammates.
Strong ability to manage large contracts (> $50M) and drive on contract growth.
Intimate knowledge of the Intelligence Community, title authorities, fiscal year budgets.
Extensive understanding of deployed Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) solutions, demonstrated grasp of complex software and hardware integrated systems, training and sustainment, and IR&D investment impact.
Ability to evolve thinking from Counterterrorism/Counterinsurgency to Peer/Near Peer environments.
Leverage and insert emerging technologies into new and innovative Concept of Operations (CONOPS).
Distill complex technological information into comprehendible presentations for non-technical audiences.
Critical thinking abilities but also imagination and creativity.
Executive presence along with written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
Perform business case analysis, go to market strategy, and make rational Go/No-Go recommendations.
Demonstrated mentoring and leadership skills that grow talent from within; emotional intelligence a must.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Development, Information Systems, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in Program Management, developing solutions that directly impact customer mission requirements.
Demonstrated track record in developing and delivering technical solutions to meet counterterrorism and counterinsurgency requirements.
Minimum: Active TS/SCI clearance, Poly preferred.
