CACI’s Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector has an immediate opportunity for Service Delivery Support Specialist in Lackland, TX.

This is an evening shift opportunity, four 10 hour shifts, Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday.

What You’ll Get to Do:

As a Service Delivery Support Specialist, you will use your knowledge of Systems Administration to prioritize and assign requests for remediation. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Responding to internal and external requests for support and service on both Unix and Win NT Servers.

  • Provide appropriate acknowledgment of requests.

  • Log and track inquiries and maintain historical records and related documentation.

  • Using your systems knowledge and experience, address requests for support and prioritize, route and escalate requests for assistance when appropriate

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a technical discipliner and 5 years related experience. Additional experience maybe substituted for degree.

  • Current TS/SCI Poly clearance.

  • Ability to prioritize work based on industry guidelines.

  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills.

  • Knowledge of/experience with Support IT

  • Knowledge of/experience with Windows or Linux
