What You’ll Get to Do:

Serves as a Training Specialist to the Mission Systems Computer Operator (MSCO) 24 x 7 team. It requires a broad level of knowledge of high priority systems across a multi-location enterprise and the ability to pass that knowledge to the crew who serves as the first responder to ground system anomalies.


  • Works at the direction of the functional/team lead

  • Track change deliveries schedules and coordinate with various entities on training crew.

  • On-board new hires and assign them to training sessions

  • Deliver system training to new employees and track their certification process on multiple systems

  • Track certification status, i.e. security +, system certification

  • Periodically provide refresher courses

  • Performs administrative tasks as assigned

  • Participates in team meetings to support training product development

  • Provides shift coverage as needed to ensure 24x7 support is available


  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent team-building, organization and leadership skills

  • Understanding on software/hardware requirements and networks infrastructure

  • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences

  • Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of applicable experience. 8 years of experience in lieu of degree

  • Must have an Active Top Secret/SCI clearance, adjudicated polygraph

  • Security+ certified
