CACI International Training Specialist in Lawton, Oklahoma
CACI is seeking a Training Specialist to develop training products for the JADOCS system
What You’ll Get to Do:
Attend technical meetings to assess impacts to training products and provide training input/statuses, as required.
Develop and deliver JADOCS training products.
Capture and modify graphics per associated standards.
Validate all training products against software and hardware to ensure accuracy, and effectiveness.
Participate in product reviews with the customer throughout the development process to demonstrate progress of scheduled effort and make adjustments based on customer's reviews.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Secret Clearance Required.
1 additional year of training experience
A bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or other Engineering or Technical discipline and 1 year functional experience.
Four additional years of applicable experience may be substituted for the degree.
Must be knowledgeable of and experienced in the formulation and execution of organizational training programs for technical organizations.
Must have some experience in the assessment of training requirements, identification and evaluation of training alternatives, formulation of training courses, and development of requisite training materials and documentation.
Must be experienced in the development and employment of a variety of training approaches including: traditional classroom, programmed learning, hands-on training using test beds and simulators, and video, audio, and computer aided training.
Must be capable of instructing personnel from prepared course material. Must be available to travel to various training locations.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products to include Excel, Access, and Word.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Instructional System Design or Systems Approach to Training.
Experience in the assessment of training requirements.
Experience in evaluating training products to measure effectiveness in achieving desired results.
Experience in developing content base on the results of research conducted from subject-matter experts, customers, software documents, and/or other technical publications.
Experience with providing guidance and instructions to fellow associates and students within a classroom environment.
Strong oral/written communications skills.
Ability to work independently to meet internal and external schedules.
Strong work ethics and active participant as a team member.
Knowledgeable and experienced using developmental technical manuals as the standard for developing various types of training materials.
Experience with writing descriptive and procedural documents.
Working Knowledge of the JADOCS system.
Familiar with JADOCS operations and tactics, techniques, and procedures.
Ability to use Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and E-mail.
