CACI is seeking an experienced Engineering Technician III to support various Communication Electronics/Engineering (CE) projects in Lexington Park, MD and at Government sites.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Work on mobile and fixed communication systems and the mechanical assemblies that support the systems.

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot communications systems.

  • Install and update communications equipment

  • Work under limited supervision for routine situations

  • May be responsible for leading daily operations

  • Perform on-site training to operators

  • Provide assistance and training to lower level employees

More About the Role:

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

  • Associates Degree in electronic or engineering technology and 2 years’ work experience as an Engineering Technician III (OR) High School diploma plus U.S. Military Electronics/Technical school or Electronic Technology Certificate from an accredited Institution and 7 years of experience in operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, repair and upgrade of communication systems using drawings, specific instructions or standard procedure.

  • ​Experience in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT, VTC, SATCOM, RF, or Cellular communications systems.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Security + Certification or CCNA.

  • Fiber Optic Installer certification.
