CACI is seeking a Site Manager / Program Manager as a head of a mid-size to large program for the CACI organization. Establishes and implements strategies for the area of responsibility, with direct impact on the achievement of organizational results. Focus is on long-term strategies (e.g., 3-5 years) to achieve business results. Directly influences the overall vision/strategy for the program at Lexington Park, MD

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Works to influence others to accept program’s view/practices and agree/accept new concepts, practices and approaches.

  • Ability to communicate with executive leadership regarding matters of significant importance to the program.

  • Conducts briefings to senior leaders both within and outside of the program.

  • Responsible for communicating with parties external to the organization, which may include customers or vendors.

  • Problems faced are frequently complex and require broad-based solutions that impact multiple areas of the organization.

  • Responsible for improving upon entire processes or systems, leveraging on personal past experiences and in-depth understanding of best practices in the marketplace that may improve the competitive position of the organization.

  • Responsible for coordinating proposal activity related to the program or project, including business plans, work specifications, and budgets for scope expansion and new business.

More About the Role:

As Site Manager, shall manage the day-to-day operations of the site to include overall management of over 100 personnel, coordination of facility requirements, and the primary interface with customers and their representatives.

As Program Manager shall act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the program. Shall direct efforts of cross-competency teams, to include contractor personnel at multiple locations, and shall serve as the primary interface and POC with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and project issues. Shall be responsible for regularly briefing leadership on program status and milestones. Shall oversee contractor personnel’s project operations by developing procedures, planning and directing execution of the contractual, technical, programming, maintenance, and administrative support effort, and monitoring and reporting progress. Shall manage acquisition and employment of project resources and control financial and administrative aspects of the project.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active Top-Secret clearance.

  • Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead multiple areas.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or other related technical field or Bachelor’s degree in a business or management-related field.

  • Ten years of experience managing large (>$25M / year) complex engineering projects associated with the design, development, integration, and test of C5ISR systems onto various platforms in support of DoD and DHS customers.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Master's Degree.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP®), or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management certification.
