What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI Technologies currently has an opening for a Program Manager for logistics, supporting the AISR Division in Washington, DC. CACI AISR Division is the Lead Systems Integrator for a manned aerial platform providing imagery and multi-source data for both real-time and post mission analysis.

More About the Role:

  • Reports directly to AISR Program Manager. Manages a team of logistics professionals with (CONUS and OCONUS) responsibilities that include: Procurement, Property/GFE Management, International Trade Compliance, Transportation/Warehousing, Maintenance, and mission/operations support.

  • Prioritizes efforts for all Logistics team members, providing support between multiple programs competing for time and resources. Manages and balances workload and takes it into account when developing spend plans and proposal pricing.

  • Familiar with Logistics-related contract data requirement lists (CDRLs) and other government requirements for all Division contracts. Oversees completion of CDRLs and interfaces with Program Managers in order to ensure that deliverables are submitted to government customers on time.

  • Anticipates new requirements from government customers and plans to adapt team core capabilities to meet the new requirements.

  • Attends quarterly or biannual program management reviews (PMRs) to interface with government customers and provide updates on performance of OCONUS and CONUS Logistics operations. Briefs customers on all current facets of Division Logistics operations.

  • Primary liaison between Division Logistics team and government customers. Regularly interfaces with customer representatives to report on all facets of program Logistics. Attends weekly customer telecoms to represent Division Logistics and provide performance updates as requested.

  • Monitors daily SITREPs from OCONUS site leadership to monitor and anticipate any issues that require attention. Available at all times to field calls or emails from OCONUS and react quickly to solve problems as needed.

  • Develops basis of estimates (BOE) and levels of effort (LOE) during contract proposal period for all Logistics employees and generates language for technical evaluations where needed. Budgets hours for all employees in accordance with the terms of the contract.

  • Familiar with project spend plans and budgets. Ensures Logistics Directorate’s employees do not exceed program labor allotments by monitoring weekly timesheets and periodic “actuals” reports.

  • Interfaces with other Division Directorates to ensure the logistics needs of the Division are being met or exceeded. Participates in weekly cross-directorate meetings to gain situational awareness of other areas of the Division in order to anticipate the needs of the other Directorates.

  • Familiar with all facets of program operations, including OCONUS mission tasking, in order to best position OCONUS Logisticians. Familiar with all program assets required to maintain mission readiness, including all government-furnished equipment (GFE) and contractor-acquired property (CAP).

  • Oversees and directs large-scale, wall-to-wall inventories of all program assets and reports results to government customers and Leidos senior leadership as required, both CONUS and OCONUS.

  • Routinely deploys to operational locations to evaluate performance of OCONUS Logisticians, interface with site leadership and military customers, assist with ad-hoc requirements (inventories, moves, etc), and maintain familiarity with program support requirements.

  • Directs large-scale deployments and retrograde/demobilization of projects.

  • Oversees administration of Aerial ISR asset control database to ensure proper function and currency of asset inventory data.

  • Familiar with international trade compliance rules and regulations, including International Trafficking in Arms Regulations (ITAR), as well as commerce regulations (EAR). Ensures that program office is in full compliance with all federal regulations, as well as corporate international trade compliance policies. Interfaces with corporate International Trade to implement Division-level procedures.

  • Familiar with DoD procurement procedures and regulations. Directs tasking of Division Procurement Manager.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 10 years’ military logistics experience OR high school diploma and 15 years’ relevant military experience.

  • 5 years of logistics experience with ARMY aerial ISR platforms to include MARSS/EMARSS/GUARDRAIL mission aircraft helpful

  • At least 6 years of management experience.

  • Must have experience with military-style asset control and property book procedures (PBUSE, etc). Military aviation logistics experience is a plus.

  • Experience with logistics management software is a plus.

  • Experience coordinating military airlift operations

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain US TOP SECRET security clearance.

  • Must be able to complete the US Army CONUS Replacement Center (CRC), including passing associated physical, dental, vision, and hearing exams.

  • Must be willing to deploy to hazard/hardship locations for up to 21 days at a time, multiple times per year, to conduct large-scale inventories and evaluate OCONUS logistics operations to implement changes or improvements as necessary.

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT
