CACI has several excellent opportunities for experienced, self-directed, Information Technology Managers (TSOC - Theatre Special Operations Command Lead), supporting the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3. The Information Technology Manager Candidates require a technical background, business acumen and people-management skills. They will direct the work of other employees and require strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Analytical thinking also is very important, as this position often involves problem resolution and process development. In addition, a strong customer service orientation is a must because Information Technology Managers often serve as the final escalation point for high-visibility troubleshooting.
Typical duties include:
Analyzing workflow, delegating projects, and meeting departmental goals;
Developing and monitoring performance standards;
Providing input on hiring decisions for technical staff;
Implementing and monitoring new projects;
Managing the performance of and delegating projects to team members;
Overseeing the consolidation of IT services;
Executing project management processes and methodologies within project frameworks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations;
Articulating key critical path activities and understanding the technical requirements, dependencies, and tradeoffs at varying levels of system design (e.g., logical and physical).
Educational Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in an IT-related field. Candidates may not substitute experience for education for this position.
Certification Requirements:
PMI / PMP highly desired
applicable DOD 8570 compliance.
Experience Requirements:
At least five years of experience with the specific types of business systems, hardware and networking services utilized by the Government is required.
Demonstrated leadership also is required.
Experience working in the SOF community
Clearance Requirements:
- active TS/SCI clearance

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $71,800-$147,200. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
