CACI International Biometric Lead Manager in Mclean, Virginia

We have an immediate opening for a senior-level expert/manager on biometrics to serve as a first-line manager supporting a wide range of analytic and operational requirements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage a diverse work force focused on biometrics;

  • Perform analysis and testing of data quality; identity consistency and other issues with datasets, and user needs;

  • Identify solutions to complex operational- and policy-related problems in the field of biometrics and identity management; and

  • Develop and maintain broad network of biometric-related contacts across the US Government to satisfy mission requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 10 years of combined management of intelligence analysis or operations

  • Possess solid knowledge of biometrics services, digital identity, and inter-dependencies

  • Applicable experience in planning, preparing, integrating and publishing intelligence products with a deep knowledge of the latest technological advancements in biometrics, authentication and identity management

  • Well-honed written and oral English communications and negotiation skills

  • Strong analytic, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving and interpersonal skills

  • Experience drafting cables and other intelligence-related documentation

  • Knowledge of analytical tools and methodologies used within the national security community

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance

Desired Skills:

  • Advanced degree (preferred to be in area of expertise)

  • Project Management Program (PMP) certified

  • Experience supporting and/or managing counterterrorism-related collection and analysis operations

  • Customer-specific tradecraft certifications

  • Watchlisting management and technical experience supporting terrorist identity operations, and engagement with watchlisting components within the IC
