Work Description:

As a full-time Contract Support Administrator, a typical day might include the following:

  • Review existing and proposed contracts for completeness and clarity.

  • Complete complex tasks related to the creation and execution of the contracts.

  • Interact with vendors to obtain required documentation in the correct form and with the required information.

  • Utilizes the systems and tools to generate reports to track the status of contract actions.

  • Plan and organize contract-related meetings in accordance with unique guidelines, and ensure all parties have the pertinent information in hand so that the meetings are productive.

Required Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph

  • Three years progressively responsible related experience.

  • Strong interpersonal skills; oral and written communication.

  • Ability to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities.

  • Demonstrate organization and analytical skills.

  • Working Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and statutes.

  • Ability to develop strong working knowledge and user capability of the system of record for acquisitions and contracts data.

    Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Contract Administration or a closely related field of study, a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) Certificate if the degree is not in a related field of study.

  • If no Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Contract Administration or a closely related field of study then a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible professional Government contracting experience, or equivalent work experience in a closely related field, and a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) Certificate.
