Cyber Security Systems Engineer - TS/SCI w/ Poly

CACI has a need for technical expertise to support the engineering, design, development, and implementation of a new Enterprise communications solution. The communications solution will draw heavily upon Enterprise activities to support the network architecture for upwards of 5,000 users. As the capability evolves, existing users and critical use cases will migrate to the new network. The Sponsor’s project plan includes delivery of proof-of-concept capabilities beginning in FY22, Initial Operating Capability (IOC) and initial migration of existing users beginning in FY23.

The following skills are needed to be successful in this position:

  • Monitoring networks.

  • Windows operating system security.

  • Linux operating system security.

  • CISCO and Juniper network devices.

  • Experience analyzing network security issues.

  • Demonstrated experience using network defense monitoring tools and systems.

  • Experience with security technologies.

  • Demonstrated experience with establishing network security best practices.

  • Certification - one or more of the below:

  • Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) certification

  • Government Security Engineer Certification (GSEC) certification

Other experience and certifications that are desired:

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Forensics, Information Systems, Engineering or related scientific or technical degrees.

  • Relevant Technical Certifications.

  • Previous experience within the Intelligence Community.
