Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide strategic guidance, analytic oversight, and operational case management based on advanced knowledge and expertise of intelligence operations, tradecraft, and priorities;

  • Identify solutions to complex operational- and policy-related problems and new technical tools and capabilities to advance mission requirements;

  • Develop and maintain broad network of contacts across the US Government to satisfy mission requirements;

  • Serve as the lead for intelligence coordination and production within the watchlisting mission set; and

  • Manage a diverse work force focused on strategic, operational and tactical analysis

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least 15 years of combined management of intelligence analysis or operations

  • Project Management Program (PMP) certified

  • Applicable experience in planning, preparing, integrating and publishing intelligence products

  • Well-honed written and oral English communications and negotiation skills

  • Strong analytic, critical thinking, interpersonal skills

  • Experience drafting cables and other intelligence-related documentation

  • Knowledge of analytical tools and methodologies used within the national security community

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance

Desired Skills:

  • Advanced degree (preferred to be in area of expertise)

  • Experience supporting and/or managing counterterrorism-related collection and analysis operations

  • Knowledge of Customer’s internal processes and procedures

  • Customer-specific tradecraft certifications

  • Watchlisting management and technical experience supporting terrorist identity operations, and engagement with watchlisting components within the IC
