We have immediate openings for Collection Management Officers (CMO or Reports Officers) to support a wide range of HUMINT operational requirements. You can make a difference; join our team. More About The Role:

  • Provide US policymakers with timely, accurate, clear, and concise foreign intelligence reporting while protecting sources and methods;

  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on current and developing country- and region-specific and/or transnational issues;

  • Identify and prioritize intelligence collection requirements

  • Identify individuals, networks, and/or organizations, provide strategic assessments, and generate operational leads and proposals to address intelligence gaps.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Applicable CMO or Reports Officer experience of more than 7 years

  • Well-honed written and oral English communications skills

  • Strong analytic, critical thinking, interpersonal skills

  • Experience drafting cables and other documentation

  • Knowledge of the IC and other US Government agencies within the national security community

  • Customer-specific tradecraft certification (applicable for certain levels)

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Advanced degree (preferred to be in area of expertise)

  • Knowledge of analytical tools and methodologies used in the IC

  • Overseas experience supporting HUMINT and technical collection intelligence operations
