The candidate will be the primary POC for providing system administration support to all components of a high priority, high visibility customer project. The ideal candidate will:
provide feedback and demonstrate active listening
provide forward leaning solutions that support current and future customer plans and initiatives
demonstrate a sense of urgency regarding customer needs and timeframes, and quick turnaround when required
think out of the box - introduction and use of new technology and techniques is encouraged when appropriate
work constructively with other software developers on the team to provide “whole solutions” rather than stovepipe solutions, when appropriate
work independently without daily direction on project initiatives, as appropriate
comfort level reporting and interacting professionally with senior customer managers within the customer’s organization
willingness to address obstacles, challenges, and impediments through to resolution You’ll Bring These Qualifications Minimum 10 years’ experience including:
Windows expertise in 2008, 2012, 2016
Windows upgrade expertise in all versions These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Extensive experience providing system administration support within the Intelligence Community.
Oracle knowledge, depth and breadth of knowledge demonstrating understanding of Oracle 12c and 19c capabilities, and ability to construct complex database queries and procedures.
