What You’ll Get to Do:
If chosen, YOU will be a critical element of a newly formed, cross-functional team focused on defending our client’s global networks through threat hunting and tactical analysis. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to exploit available information using specialized methodologies and digital tools to further cyber operations. YOU are investigative, pragmatic, resourceful and driven to develop innovative digital solutions to complex problems, and effectively communicate these solutions to non-technical partners. You will directly impact global issues with your networking, cyber security, and data science acumen.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI with required polygraph
Strong understanding of HUMINT systems and functionality
Demonstrated experience with cable writing and coordination in support of operations
Understanding of targeting's role through the full HUMINT cycle
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field to the position
Demonstrated ability to brief review boards, management, and field elements
Ability to apply targeting tradecraft to protect and safeguard customers, operations, and equities
Strong written and oral communications, organization, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to articulate thoughts clearly through verbal and written communication
Ability to perform multiple tasks and change focus quickly as demands change
Previous experience as a HUMINTer and/or technical targeter
Approximately five years of related work experience in the IC
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Previous experience working with cyber
Targeting experience in support of difficult or challenging requirements
Previous experience working multi-discipline operations
Experience working and communicating regularly with end users

Ability to interact with partners from diverse backgrounds and at all levels of technical depth e.g. relaying technical information to a non-technical audience
Knowledge of USG policy issues as they relate to internet law
Excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and good administrative and organizational skills
Use of open source, GOTS, and COTS tools and capabilities to manage and manipulate information (examples include Palantir, Analyst Notebook, social networking analysis tools, Geofeedia, Tubular, CLEAR, KOMPASS, Tableau, Excel)
