CACI is seeking a Web Designer/UI Developer for our HighVIEW Program! This position supports the customer’s upcoming go-to product for a high-profile delivery function and will provide the opportunity of experience with innovative and cross-fabric digital solutions. You will work directly with software leads to design and implement new web-based interfaces and/or services. Bring your experience to advocate for an improved user experience and real-world best practices applied to our customer’s environment. Duties Include but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with software leads and users to understand functional requirements and make recommendations regarding UI design, solutions, and procedures

  • Review software requirements and assist with design decisions

  • Ensure 508 Compliance

  • Participate in Agile scrum meetings

  • Design, develop, and test full-stack software applications using:

  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS

  • C# Rest API (WCF or WebApi)

  • Angular (12 or higher) using node.js and TypeScript

  • CACI HighView document and records management

  • Oracle database

  • Provide end-user testing assistance

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph (US Citizenship Required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

  • 10+ Years of Experience

  • Willingness and flexibility to follow some established patterns and developing development patterns that others can follow.

  • Expertise in Visual Studio .Net environment and Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5/4+ Experience with WCF RESTful Web Services (C# .NET) and REST

  • Knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming (OOP).

  • Strong RDBS skills, especially with Oracle and PL/SQL.

  • Strong commitment to measurable code quality and unit testing

  • Experience using Git workflows for committing, merging, versioning code

  • Experience tracking work through JIRA workflows

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience developing Single Page Applications (SPA) using Angular (v14+) and Typescript.

  • Experience with HighVIEW

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,300
