CACI is the prime contractor for the MyNavyHR Transformation program, a large-scale integration and development transformation effort, that will offer significant growth opportunity for candidates. This position will be a unique and exciting career opportunity that will involve the integration, development, and deployment of enterprise wide systems involving COTS ERP, SaaS solutions, mobile solutions, and enterprise data analytics in a state-of-the-art Agile development environment. The transformation and integration of over 50 legacy systems to ERP and SaaS solutions will be a monumental technical experience for this position. In addition, the resulting solution will deliver direct support to our Navy Sailors and their families.

More About the Role:
CACI is searching for a Cyber Security Lead to provide support for a large-scale IT modernization initiative. As the Cyber Security lead, you’ll oversee, evaluate, and support the documentation, validation, assessment, and authorization processes necessary to assure that existing and new information technology (IT) systems meet the organization's cyber security and risk requirements. Ensures appropriate treatment of risk, compliance, and assurance from internal and external perspectives. Oversees the cyber security requirements for applications and networks, including managing information security implications to include strategic, personnel, infrastructure, requirements, policy enforcement, emergency planning, security and privacy awareness, and other resources. The successful candidate must have experience with NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and assessment and authorization (A&A) processes for the Federal government, Department of Defense, or intelligence community.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Direct the approach for delivering and maintaining security compliant systems in accordance with DoD/Federal/DON/Navy cyber security requirements• Oversee security control implementation methodologies in the A&A process• Manage development and assembly of A&A documentation such as System Security Plans, Security Assessment Plans, Contingency Plans, and Risk Assessment Plan• Manage a team of cybersecurity professionals and ensure personnel on the program adhere to personnel security and cyber security workforce requirements• Brief stakeholders on the strategic plans and implementation of the RMF and cybersecurity policies and procedures• Monitor the program’s cyber security processes and security control implementations• Analyze vulnerability scan reports, assess security threats, and assist team members in developing and tracking remediation strategies• Assist with vulnerability management and provide updates on remediation activities• Assist with contingency planning and incident response training and exercises• Review DoD Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) alerts and work with engineers, administrators, and developers to remediate identified issues• Communicate security regulations, policies, and requirements to ensure compliance• Ensure teams comply with security and privacy awareness training requirements
