The Opportunity:
Provide office management and clerical support for records management utilizing a document imaging production operation, perform record maintenance and corrections, provide customer support, and analyze the system for improved performance or corrective action. You will support the process of receiving digital and hardcopy (paper), document preparing, scanning, validation, and verification to place valid, authorized documents into Navy personnel records, and may provide support for supply operations.
Responsibilities:
Assignment to RAMS in support of PERS-313.
Provide Core Production support Research images that have not transferred between EMPRS components.
Receive, review, batch, distribute, retain, and dispose of mail
Analyze, prioritize, and process record requests from members, veterans, Navy and other DOD organizations, and from third parties received electronically via BOL, email, fax; by mail, and in person walk-up window.
Determine if the record can be disclosed under the Privacy Act of 1974.
Issue decision to the requester.
Determine if the record can be released to third parties under “Blanket
Routine Uses” and the “conditions of disclosure to third parties.
Scan documents using high-speed scanners, flatbed scanners, and/or microfiche readers/scanners to include non-standard size documents such as photos, college transcripts, and/or microfiche
Additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent with three (3) Years of Experience in Office Management and Clerical Support functions.
Requires active SECRET Clearance.
Desired:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products and collaboration software.

Pay Range:
This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.
Minimum Req uired Hourly Wage:
$17.20
