CACI International Business Analysis and SharePoint Administration Support Specialist in National Harbor, Maryland

Job Description

What You’ll Get to Do:CACI is seeking a Business Analysis and SharePoint Administration Support Specialist in support of a federal government customer. The candidate will engage directly with the customer to capture and define user requirements, develop use cases and user stories in support of SharePoint design and development tasks. They will participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, ensuring user requirements meet customer business needs and providing end user training on new feature and/or product releases. Candidates will provide SharePoint Site Collection administration support, coordinating and working directly with developers for customizations and deployment scheduling. The primary work location of this position is at the National Harbor in MD, with regular customer meetings and working sessions in Arlington, VA.More About the Role:

  • Work directly with customers to gather requirements, coordinate design and development meetings and other project support as needed

  • Build user stories and epics based on customer requirements, utilizing an agile methodology for tracking requirements completion

  • Monitor and track development process to ensure gathered requirements are implemented in all solutions, meeting customer needs.

  • Support training and education efforts of the O365/SPO applications (Teams, SPO, Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to help customer become proficient in existing and new capabilities.

  • Coordinate between customer and developers to ensure newly deployed services have a robust training curriculum and that training is incorporated as part of feature/product release

  • Provide SharePoint Collection Administration support, escalating and coordinating with development team for site customizations

  • Participate in product design reviews by providing creative and practical ideas and solutions in a teamwork environment

  • Participate in daily scrums providing status on completed tasks and project/product backlog

  • Work collaboratively with all stakeholders, focusing on providing the highest level of customer satisfaction

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • DHS EOD Eligible (Active EOD Preferred)

  • Minimum of Bachelors' Degree and 5 years' experience or equivalency with relevant certifications. Relevant certifications include ITIL, Microsoft SharePoint certification, Scrum Master or Agile.

  • Proficient in identifying customer requirements through proven and efficient approaches

  • Experience with web development and design projects

  • Knowledge of Office 365 subscription services: Teams, SPO, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate

  • Ability to provide SharePoint Site Collection Administration and Design support • Experience of working in Agile methodology

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, written and verbal

  • Experience leading and writing analytical studies, including conducting research, writing, formulating options, crafting strategic briefing documents, and managing projects.

  • Proficient and proven customer service skills

  • Ability to work cohesively with team members to perform successfully as a unit
