CACI is seeking an experienced Business/Systems Analyst and Tester who has worked in an Agile/Scrum environment to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) ServiceNow development efforts to design custom applications.
Serve as the focal point for the capture, analysis, and management of functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, software test plan, suite, case development, and test execution.
Show a demonstrated skill in effective decomposition of mission/business objectives into user stories, and document them within a product backlog which can then be implemented in a series of short and iterative development cycles.
Coordinate and meet regularly with stakeholders to identify business needs.
Clearly communicate those business needs to a development team through user stories and acceptance criteria.
Develop test plans and cases for unit tests and execute regression testing for planned software releases and system upgrades.
Execute and document test results for ServiceNow Applications.
Work closely with the Project Manager to establish Release/Sprint backlogs, resolve impediments, and provide direction on scope of work to be accomplished.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, as well as the product development team during the development cycle to ensure the customer needs are being met.
Develop product roadmaps and participate in Integrated Release Planning incorporating both new re-design activities and O&M support tasks.
Review and evaluate work done by development team to ensure proper scope has been met.
Lead the demonstrations to stakeholders and report on the results of each software iteration.
The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse team is critical.
Assist with the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and briefings.
Assist with process definition and documentation
Required Qualifications :
Ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD).
10 Years Applicable Experience or Equivalency (equivalency includes MA + one-year applicable experience, BA + 4 years applicable experience or AA + 6 years applicable experience)
