CACI International Business Operations Manager/Executive Support in National Harbor, Maryland
What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI is seeking a Business Operations Manager/Executive Support to support our Homeland & National Defense group.
More About the Role:
Generally responsible for all routine administrative and operational day-to-day tasks required to keep the office running.
Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies.
Handles administrative requests and queries in support of H&ND Executive team.
Supports resident CACI EIT staff and related efforts as requested.
Liaises with internal CACI staff at all levels and interacts with external guests and clients. In coordination with receptionist of applicable, welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person and/or by telephone; answering or directing inquiries; ensures badge check/assignment, security sign-in/out, and parking reimbursement’ is conducted.
Responsible for facility coordination and space allocation in coordination with the CACI Facilities Management team.
Monitors, screens, responds to and routes incoming communications and correspondence for H&ND Executive team as requested.Manages, maintains, and organizes H&ND Executive team members schedules, appointments, and calendars as requested.
Schedules, arranges and coordinates conference calls, meetings and events and when requested records, transcribes and distributes meeting minutes.
Assists in the preparation and execution of key meetings. Coordinates attendee lists and invitations, briefing materials, technical support, and facility requirements.
Coordinates travel arrangements for H&ND Executive team, including research of destination, accommodations, logistics, per diem, etc.; and completes and processes expense claims/reimbursement reports.
Prepares and edits correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents; produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. Attends meetings In support of project leads and as a key member of the team.
Files and retrieves documents and reference materials; conducts research, collects and analyzes data to prepare reports and documents as requested by H&ND Executive team.
Coordinates budget documents, HR/staffing submissions, and IT support. Coordinates with internal CACI support organizations (facilities, service centers, CIS) to meet requirements.
Capable of completing project-based work commensurate with experience as assigned by H&ND Executive team.
Reviews office operating practices and implements improvements where necessary.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Maintains and contributes to a professional and respectful work environment; contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and in a timely manner; projects a positive attitude; and demonstrates a strong work ethic.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years’ experience providing support to executive level staff
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
Familiar with CACI suite of applications and tools-preferred
Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
Security+ Certification required
