CACI is seeing a Project Manager who will oversee and manage FPS's IT projects including infrastructure planning and implementation, Data Center and Cloud Migration planning and implementation, application systems modernization planning and execution, network hardware / software and tools installations and upgrades that affect the infrastructure.

Successful candidates will direct a matrixed technical team including subject matter experts (SMEs), field technicians, and other appropriate expertise as needed to develop, design, document, implement and manage small and large scale projects to perform outside the scope of O&M activities.

The Project Manager will ensure compliance with the DHS SELC process through all phases of the life cycle (planning, requirements definition, design, development, integration, test, disposition, implementation, operations & maintenance) as well as deliver the appropriate SELC artifacts as defined by the level of the project.

More About the Role:

  • Responsible for the management, scheduling and coordination of special projects activities

  • Supports in the development of special project ROMs including solution development

  • Provides leadership to a cross-functional team, managing team resource assignments, projected task completion dates, prioritizing activities based on customer requirements and SLAs.

  • Works cooperatively with engineering leads to plan and direct tasks based on priority and manpower availability.

  • Oversees individual operational projects from identification of requirements, analysis and design, development, end-user testing, deployment and production support.

  • Communicates effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Exercises broadly delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and executing many routine and complex projects

  • Responsible for leading and executing projects in a SCRUM Agile environment

  • Supports story development, testing and training with stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD)

  • BA/BS + 8 years of experience (minimum 5 years of related work experience in IT)

  • PMP Certified

  • Experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA or Confluence

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, WSD and Custom Applications (ServiceNow System Administrator Certification Preferred)

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $59,400-$121,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
