CACI International All Source Analyst - Collection Manager (Mid-Level) in Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada
As the All-Source Junior Collection Manager, you will support the Collection Requirements Management of National Overhead Systems, Airborne ISR Allocation, Assessments, Collections Management Operations and ISR planning in support of the AOC/ISRD operations with a focus on Theater and National Requirements and processes along with Measures of Performance and Measures of Effectiveness.
More About this Role:
Perform CM tasks, with minimal supervision, to include collection planning, asset scheduling, PED resource management, and ISR in support of US and Coalition Forces Operations.
The CM engages with analysts to determine intelligence requirements, Essential Elements of Information (EEIs), develop collection source allocation, and covert into collection requirements.
The CM will utilize the respective databases and tools required to submit each requirement upon approval.
The CM will solicit, coordinate, research, de-conflict, create, register, prioritize, and validate multi-INT requirements IAW theater policy, guidance, processes and SOPs.
Assist in developing collection plans and strategies to employ ISR assets across a range of operations and sensor capabilities.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
BA or BS degree or equivalent 7 years of Collection Management experience
5 years of experience with All-Source Collections Management and Collection Product research with at least 2 years of direct ISR Collection Management experience.
Proficient in GIMS, PRISM/COUGAR, GETS, UNICORN, CHROME, CRATE, & other applications and related tool sets.
Previous assignment in a joint and/or Air Force combat element
Knowledge of Joint, DoD, NGA, and AF Collection Management regulations and policies.
Experience in directing, scheduling, and allocating specific collection platforms, associated processes, exploitation, and dissemination of resources.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Experience in developing Training Support Packages and Multi-discipline experience.
