Job Description

About the Role:

  • Ensures the use of the correct technical report format most appropriate to meet the Requiring Activity’s (RA’s) requirements for timeliness of response, depth and breadth of information, analysis, and degree of formality.

  • Ensure all project deliverable documents are in compliance with applicable specifications

  • Ensures deliverables are transmitted to all required recipients

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Performs administrative duties in a staff activity.

  • Performs specialized assignments relating to typing, word processing, graphics illustration using computers with very little direction.

  • Performs a variety of support services such as the operation of reproduction equipment to produce large volumes of documents, courier service and mail service, etc.

  • Maintains personnel and other files; prepares correspondence, schedules and coordinates travel.

  • Assists in the preparation of documents and support the development of contract deliverables and reports.

  • Responsible for integrating the graphics generated with automated tools and the deliverable documents.

  • Duties include:

  • providing admin support to the program office

  • giving Travel Assistance to the team

  • supporting procurement execution and tracking with the engineering team and supply chain

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain DoD Security Clearance

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in the field or in a related area

  • Highly experience computer user of word processing and data entry software

  • Established and productive individual contributor

  • Able to work with only moderate supervision

  • Able to resolve problems of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures

  • Able to make minor adjustments to working methods as required

  • Able to effectively communicates information that requires explanation or interpretation

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Active DoD SECRET clearance

  • Experience using graphic design software

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree

  • 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area

  • BS or BA degree such as liberal arts, administration, and economics program with at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
