Job Description

CACI is the prime contract for a large-scale integration and development transformation program that will offer significant growth opportunity for candidates. This position will be a unique and exciting career opportunity that will involve the integration, development, and deployment of enterprise wide systems involving COTS ERP, SaaS solutions, mobile solutions, and enterprise data analytics in a state-of-the-art Agile development environment. The transformation and integration of over 50 legacy systems to ERP and SaaS solutions will be a monumental technical experience for this position. The Organizational Change Management Analyst reports to the CACI TPC&P Portfolio Coordinator and will partner with leadership and project teams to help meet the business objectives of large strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will apply a change management methodology to IT change initiatives, help build organizational capability, and lead cultural adoption within his/her program areas. The role primarily involves scoping the change, creating and implementing change management plans (including the integration of communications, assessments, and training), raising awareness about the change, coaching sponsors and leaders, preparing stakeholders for the change, and leading the change management effort through close coordination with the project team, development team, functional leads, and Public Affairs teams. The analyst’s overall goal is to use change management best practices to help accelerate each project’s transition from current state to future state.

Duties include:o Expertly apply a change management methodology (e.g., Prosci or ACMP accreditation methodology) to promote IT change initiatives and lead cultural adoption.o Work with stakeholders at all levels (executives, managers, employees) to coach and influence for positive business outcomes.o Partner with the Project Leads –technical and functional leaders -- to identify long-term change management initiatives throughout the enterprise.o Create business cases to support change and develop a change management strategy based on the environment, type of change, groups affected by the change, resource availability, etc., for high-impact projects.o Develop detailed change management and internal communication plans and supporting materials in close partnership with External Communications (PAO) and Training leads.o Identify change champions and form change agent networks.o Create and deploy change management tools and guide the change agents in their use.o Coach executive sponsors, people leaders, change champions, and change agents for effectiveness in their change-related roles.o Conduct change readiness assessments, evaluate results, present findings, and make recommendations.o Identify and help implement reinforcement strategies by creating measurement systems that track adoption of the change.o Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the project plan.o Adapt leadership information and messages to text and vehicles able to relay consistent messaging organization-wide.o Conceive, create, adapt and manage a variety of coordinated communications tools targeting specific audiences. Develop effective change communication products for stakeholders, including briefing slide decks, email, get-ready checklists, quick start guides, newsletters, Smart Sheets, Info Sheets, “What’s New for You?” user guides, FAQs, sustainment releases, various user aids, etc.o Conceive, coordinate, develop and write communications as needed.o Work with business lines to schedule awareness sessions, demos, etc.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

Masters degree in Communications-related field, Business, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development.o Min of 5 years experience in Change Management, Communications, Education, or Organizational Development.o Familiarity with a variety of the field concepts, practices and procedures related to Information Technology, Change Management, and Project Management.o Strong facilitation and very strong communication skills, both written and verbal, across all organizational functions and levels.o Able to provide communications consultation on complex projects with depth of knowledge and experience to be considered a senior level contributor/specialist.o Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced and rapidly shifting environment.o Ability to adapt and work across different cultures and with a variety of leaders from different backgrounds and experiences.o Ability to successfully partner and work with others through influence.o Strong collaboration and team player.o A wide degree of creativity and innovation in program design.o US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Nice to Have:

o Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) or comparable layout/design programs to design communications releases.o Prosci Certification preferred or willingness to take appropriate training.o Experience supporting Organizational Change Management for COTS/SaaS solution deliveryo Experience supporting Organizational Change Management for Human Capital Management business processeso Knowledge and understanding of the DoD Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) Framework for Human Capital Managemento Experience using ADDIE (PADDIE, PADDIE +M) and other methods to support the structured development of training materials and learning content
