CACI International Engineer Analyst in Norco, California
What You’ll Get to Do:
Leads and performs combat system and mission package analysis for the LCS and FFG(X) programs.
Leads and supports development of Data Management & Analysis Plan (DMAP).
Leads analysis planning and identifies common assessment methodologies and measures of performance to address test objectives.
Supports development of analytical tools and T&E databases.
More About the Role:
Participates during test events by supporting event data collection, event data reconstructions and conducting metric calculations and analysis aboard LCS and FFG(X) ship hulls.
Leads and participates in the collaborative Data Analysis Working Group (DAWG) by conducting event reconstruction, analysis, and assessment to identify contributing factors impacting combat system performance and achievement of test objectives.
Develops performance assessment reports and briefings outlining combat system performance.
Collaborates and interfaces with internal/external stakeholders and other analysts. Works within a teaming environment and uses problem solving techniques to help identify and resolve issues impacting combat system performance.
Performs other duties as assigned.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Security Clearance
Bachelors in Engineering required
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with 3D simulation software.
Possess strong verbal and writing skills to effectively prepare and conduct individual and group over the shoulder training as well as independently communicate with government and CACI leadership.
Must have mid-level knowledge with MS Office Suite products (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
The candidate must be a self-starter and succeed in an environment with minimal supervision.
Prior military experience desirable but not required
