CACI is looking for a Facility Security Officer (FSO) with strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve in a Defense Health program portfolio supporting personnel requiring clearances and/or access to Government facility/installation and/or access to information technology systems.

The project is within CACI's Healthcare Delivery Systems portfolio.

More About the Role:

  • Responsible for tracking the security requirements for all personnel (subcontractors included) utilized on task order

  • Responsible for tracking all personnel assigned Government Common Access Cards (CACs) and NIWC Atlantic badges (issuances and expiration dates) and entering/maintaining personnel security mandatory training information, as well as updating and tracking additional cybersecurity data for multiple reports and contract deliverables

  • Advise, consult, and interact with team leaders and peers.

  • Full accountability for the execution and timely delivery of contractual deliverables to program manager

  • Ability to manage, team, peer, client, customer relationships

  • Prepare and deliver customer deliverables and scope execution requirements established by customer

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Six (6) years of experience, to include: applicable security discipline principles, practices, and procedures or eight (8) years of same listed experience with DoD/Military security training/certification.

  • Active SECRET Clearance or higher

  • Bachelor’s degree or Graduate/completion of an approved Federal/State education applicable technical training course (e.g., DoD/Military Security Specialist Training)

  • Knowledge of DoD policies, procedures and practices

  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity, Common Access Card (CAC) issuance process

  • Experience in meeting deadlines

  • Preparation of visit authorization letters

  • Ability to brief to executive leadership, IPT Leadership, Program Office personnel, and external stakeholders

  • Ability to advise team leaders on Security policy and guidelines

  • Ability to work independently and meeting strict deadlines
