CACI International Fleet Support Helpdesk Systems Administrator in Norfolk, Virginia
CACI has an immediate opening for a Fleet Support Helpdesk Systems Administrator to work in our Norfolk office, with up to 10% travel. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Navy’s Afloat and non-Afloat Theater Medical Information Program application suite.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Duties include providing a wide range of Tier 1 and 2 services in support of Navy patient management related software, ensuring the software satisfies the functional requirements of Navy publications and other government directives pertaining to patient management.
Instructs platform systems administrators in the care and continuity of operations plans in support of database integrity and application functionality.
Understand and navigate Host Based Security Systems | Host Intrusion Protection Systems.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Typically requires 2 - 5 years of hands-on IT Shipboard related experience.
Must have a current Information Assurance (IA) Technical Level II (i.e. GSEC, Security+, SCNP, SSCP) certification
Familiarization with Navy Shipboard environments to include CANES and ISNS.
Must have an active DoD Secret clearance.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) would be viewed as beneficial.
Knowledge of virtualization technologies and products such as VMWare.
Experience working with Remedy (ITSM) 9
Experience using and/or installing the TMIP software suite.
