What You’ll Get to Do :
CACI is seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Instructional System Designer (ISD) to work with a team of ISDs and Media Developers in creating training content for the Fire Controlman Aegis courses under the Navy Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program. You’ll create on screen lessons (OSL) using adult learning theories and industry best practices for instructional design. You’ll perform updates to lesson plans and training guides and revise OSLs based on review comments in a Learning Content Management System (LCMS). Additionally, you’ll review training content to ensure accuracy and provide design feedback.
More About the Role :
Format and edit documents and ensure they are meeting design standards.
Review Government Furnished Information.
Support meetings with SMEs and Instructional Designers.
Research and gather missing content.
Experience with using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or eLearning development software.
Interact with customer and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
(BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.
Experience in AIM CPM/LOM.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.
Prior experience working on Sailor 2025 RRL Projects.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Secret-level security clearance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in team environments.
Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
General understanding of SCORM and Learning Management Systems.
