CACI International MSC Ordnance Handling Equipment (OHE) Analyst Lead in Norfolk, Virginia

Job Description

What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI has an immediate opening for an OHE ILS/ Configuration Analyst in support of MSC Ordnance Handling Equipment (OHE) support program. ‘

  • Provide inventory management of all OHE assets, scheduling and overseeing repair and maintenance services

  • Provide technical and parts support

  • Design shipboard and shore OHE support facilities

  • Develop onboard and shore configurations of assets in support of assigned missions

  • Procure OHE assets

  • Performe all administrative functions associated with the management of these assets - such as the updating of inventory and configuration management databases, developing allowance parts lists (APLs), writing of instructions and other policy documents, and coordinating with outside activities.

  • The Lead will be responsible for day-to-day execution, collaborating and liaising with MHE/OHE program office, generating and delivering all reports, providing guidance and consultation, and organizing/delegating tasks.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 12 years of experience providing ship acquisition or fleet sustainment logistics support services to MSC, the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Coast Guard, or commercial ship operating companies, to include all of the following:

  • Equipment provisioning and allowance modeling to support preventative (planned), corrective (unplanned), and alterative (e.g. TRANSALTs, MACHALTs, etc) maintenance.

  • Sourcing of material from commercial and federal sectors.

  • Development and maintenance of ship configuration baselines and equipment/systems top-down breakdown/hierarchical relationships.

  • Marine engineering system functionality, components, and associated Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements to support planned/unplanned maintenance.

  • Ship repair planning and specification development processes

  • Marine engineering system preventative and corrective maintenance.

  • 3 years’ experience executing ship acquisition and fleet sustainment support services utilizing any of the following systems: MSC/Navy /Coast Guard databases/systems such as CLIP/CMLS, ShipCLIP, WinMASP, NTCSS, CDMD-OA, SCLSIS, MERLIN, Inter-Active Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS) or IHS Haystack.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Must have experience in maintenance of Yellow Gear, to include providing recommendations on the design and configuration of OHE and related support assets for MSC vessels. 3M maintenance and material management experience are a plus.
