CACI is seeking a Navy Supply Analyst to maintain the C5I portion of the TSRA matrix. You will maintain the C5I Common Assessment Procedure (CAP) guide by downloading maintenance and ship work planning (M&SWP) CMP tasks, remove deleted tasks, verify updated information in new tasks and correctly align new tasks to TSRA matrix bi-weekly or as required.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Execute Commander Navy Regional Maintenance Center (CNRMC) directs six phase CAP process for the development/review of systems/subsystems. This includes information gathering, review and socialize, conference, implementation, sustainment and update. Submit Technical Feedback Reports (TFBRs) to Planned Maintenance System Management Information Systems (PMSMIS) with reference to MRC discrepancies.

  • Provide CMP procedure feedback forms for discussion with the TSRA working group for CMP task discrepancies and configuration discrepancies identified during fast and quick dives. Facilitates cap fast dive and deep dive e-mail and tele-conference meetings between Regional Maintenance Centers (RMCs), CNRMC, Surface Maintenance Engineering Planning Program (SURFMEPP), Naval Sea Logistics Center (NSLC), In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEAs), TYCOMS and Naval Sea Systems Command technical warrant holders.

  • Receive, review and provide recommendations to the TSRA working group on all C5I CMP procedure forms received from the VST. Attend the monthly TSRA working group meetings.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years full-time experience within last ten (10) years in Navy Integrated Logistics Support and System Life Cycle Support areas of the DOD/Navy Integrated Logistics Support System.

  • Active Secret Clearance.

  • Knowledge of DOD/Navy Supply Support systems, supply support directives, policies, standards and documentation, afloat supply procedures, and the Navy Supply System organization as defined in MIL-STD138 8-1A/2A.

  • 2+ years of experience utilizing 3M system software or Assessment Program software as utilized by Navy assessment programs.

  • 2+ years of experience in HM&E/C5I/C4I equipment.

  • 2+ years of experience with the Navy Supply system and Navy 3M as it relates to parts acquisition, ordering and research (R-supply).

  • 2+ years of experience with shipboard configuration (CDMD-OA) as it applies to the review and validation of shipboard configuration .

  • 2+ years of experience with shipboard configuration (CDMD-OA) as it applies to the development and input of feedback and configuration change documents for shipboard configuration.

  • Specialized experience using various software programs and tools (including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, OARS, CDMD-OA, PMSMIS, M&SWP and PMS Viewer.
