What You’ll Get to Do:

Under supervision, develops, codes, tests and debugs new software or enhancements to existing software. Possesses a good understanding of business applications. Works with technical staff to understand and resolve software problems, resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements.

Must be willing to work onsite in Norfolk, Virginia. Must currently have or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance.

More About the Role:

  • Review Government Furnished Information.

  • Review all training requirements from the Solution Architects.

  • Support design meetings with Software Engineers, UI Engineers, and Solution Architects.

  • Work in a fast, dynamic environment.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • BA/BS with 2-4 years of software development experience.

  • Proficiency in popular coding languages including: Python, Java and C++ and frameworks or systems such as AngularJS and Git.

  • Excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of Object-Relational Mapping frameworks and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Secret-level security clearance. (US Citizenship is required in order to obtain a security clearance from the DoD.)
