CACI International System Architect – MBSE Modeler in Norfolk, Virginia
CACI is seeking a Systems Architect in Norfolk VA.
As a recognized authority, provides expertise in the formulation of:
Application data models using industry standard modeling software tools
Objectives relative to the organization's business plan and industry requirements.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Responsible for providing technical guidance related to the business implications of the application of various systems.
Provides technical consulting on complex projects.
Devises and or modifies procedures to solve the most complex technical problems related to computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.
Acts as liaison between end-user communities, stakeholders, and service providers within an enterprise.
Creates detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures.
Analyzes client resources, including funding, personnel, and unfunded requirements.
Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and revises existing system logic difficulties as necessary.
Tracks and documents changes to functional and business specifications.
Monitors and documents post-implementation problems and revision requests. Develops, coordinates and implements plans to test business and functional processes during system development and quality assurance testing. Trains and provides guidance to less experienced Business Systems Analysts.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
10+ years’ experience with BPMN, UML, SysML, modeling standards, and programming velocity templates.
10+ years’ experience in Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) development and tools.
10+ years’ experience with using Visualization Tools (MagicDraw and NoMagic Cameo EA).
3-5 years’ experience with Database Query language (SQL).
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Ideal candidate will have knowledge of Navy maintenance business processes, legacy maintenance systems, maintenance data file interfaces and communications.
Ability to capture business system requirements and prepare systems specifications that lead to successful transformation of legacy maintenance systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills (verbal and written) desired.
