CACI is seeking a Program Logistics Analyst to provide in-depth analysis and roll-up of disparate supply and maintenance databases supporting COMNAVSURFLANT in Norfolk, VA.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Presenting the data in a high-level format showing trends and correlations through MS Excel pivot tables and MS PowerPoint slides

  • Provides periodical updates and data analysis for the following reports and spreadsheets:

  • Updates the READ-E Summary with results from the RE2, RE5, RE6 and RE7 events held by N44 Project Officers

  • Provides additional analysis of READ-E Summary data in the form of Charts, Graphs and Pivot Tables and make updates to the MCI Summary

  • Updates the INSURV Summary and INSURV EOC Subsystem Summary with inspection results provided in the monthly INSURV data dump

  • Provides additional analysis of INSURV Summary and INSURV EOC Subsystem Summary in the form of Charts, Graphs and Pivot Tables

  • Database administrator for the READ-E Event Tracker Microsoft Access Database

  • Makes changes to event entry forms, queries, and reports the based on the requirements of the client

  • Provides updates to the Material Discrepancy Report (MDR) and CHICLET template formats as required by the client

  • Provide technical input to briefs for TYCOM staff, to include charts, graphs, pivot tables and PowerPoint presentations

  • Provides comparative analysis of READ-E, MCI, and INSURV results between TCSIT and non-TSCIT ships using Microsoft Excel Charts, Graphs, and Pivot Tables

  • Conducts data collection, entry, analysis for the Annual Procedural Compliance Survey

  • Provides input for the Procedural Compliance brief to CNSL Staff based on analysis conducted

More About the Role:

As the Program Operations Administrator you will:

  • Be responsible for a broad cross-section of business operations functions across office/organizational areas that encompass but are not limited to administrative, human resources, purchasing, facilities, inventory, ship/receiving.

  • Provide professional administrative expertise by utilizing your professional communication skills - coordinating, analysis, researching, recommending, and implementing overall business administrative initiatives

  • Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere for the office environment coordinating morale boosting/team energizers.

  • Demonstrate solid and consistent organizational skills contributing to Office Management/Administrative/Human Resources responsibilities --planning, developing, organizing, evaluating, and establishing the administrative office policies and procedures.

  • Be responsible for managing overall office operations, contract/vendor/inventory management and shipping/receiving.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active DOD Secret security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 5 or more years experienced as shipboard Logistics Specialist. Must have strong MS Excel(Pivot Tables), Access, and PowerPoint experience

  • Former Navy Senior Logistics Specialist (E-6 and above) desired

  • Proficient in with Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and familiarity with Access)

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Prior knowledge and exposure to naval logistics community and contract work.

  • Understanding of DOD JFTR Travel guidelines.
