CACI is seeking a cleared PKI Support Agent / Logistics Specialist who will responsible for organizing and implementing a variety of responsibilities related to the flow of materials, products, services, and associated systems information. Manages the performance of logistics functions including system fault analysis, life cycle maintenance and integrated product support (IPS) of major systems. Duties may include managing the control of the flow of goods, services and information between the point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements as well as ensuring the execution and improvement of standard logistic processes. Plans, schedules, and routes imports and exports, including monitoring the flow of traffic to/from international destinations, ensuring related customer service, brokerage, and customs transaction compliance. Assesses and maintains compliance with federal and foreign regulations governing the shipment, receipt, and documentation of imported/exported products.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Perform duties of a Local Registration Authority (LRA) – Person who collects and authenticates subscribers’ identity information for software certificates and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) hardware token, which is subsequently entered into public key certificates.
Coordinate with over 300 Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) command designated Trusted Agents and set them up to receive and begin to distribute SIPR Tokens to their users in their command for the following states: Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Mississippi, Tennessee, Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Alabama.
Modify, enter, & maintain token requests and user’s information onto spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) Tokens.
Coordinate shipping for Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRnet) Tokens/Replacement Tokens to be sent to clients.
Register and enroll TA and their end users for SIPRnet Tokens for use (Local & Non-Local users) on Classified Networks which provides them with the ability to request SIPR Tokens/CRIs for the rest of the users in their command.
Generate and provide Temporary PINs and conduct an average of 30 PIN Resets on monthly bases for the correlating SIPR tokens on the user’s behalf by means of the SIPR Token Management System Portal.
Generate Certificate Registration Instructions (CRI) containing one-time passwords in a digitally signed and encrypted SIPR e-mail for TA’s to enroll users on site using the 90Meter Card Issuance Workstation, which expedites the SIPR Token processing by eliminating the shipment of the tokens. TA’s are able to enroll users the same day of their request as opposed to a week’s waiting period.
Complete an average of 150 Certificate Registration Instructions (CRI) on a weekly base.
Help produce the Daily Reports.
Weekly SIPR PKI conference/data calls. Provide client support (NAVY - SPAWAR/NIWC) regarding their day-to-day operational tasks.
Develop SOPs and knowledgebase articles - as needed - to ensure continuous improvement.
Assist in completion of account inventory actions.

Active Secret Clearance
Associates degree in engineering, computer science, or other related technical field.Other related technical training
