CACI is seeking a cleared PKI Support Agent at our location in Charleston, SC. You will support the PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) NIPR (Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router) team with communications, documentation, user approvals, and customer service. What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Perform duties of a Local Registration Authority (LRA) – Person who collects and authenticates subscribers’ identity information for software certificates and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) hardware token, which is subsequently entered into public key certificates.

  • Help produce the Daily Reports.

  • Weekly SIPR PKI conference/data calls. Provide client support (NAVY - SPAWAR/NIWC) regarding their day-to-day operational tasks.

  • Develop SOPs and knowledgebase articles - as needed - to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Assist in the completion of account inventory actions.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • US CItizen with the ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance

  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and work with customers and team members.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
