We offer more than just a job – this is your career! CACI offers training opportunities and ways to propel your career forward. Our environment fosters both personal and professional growth. CACI takes pride in ensuring a work/life balance. Your hard work will be rewarded, and we always strive to take care of our team.
More about our Program (A RECOMMENDED REVIEW - IS THIS OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?):
Our team prides itself in exercising character and innovation every day on the Defense Personal Property System (DPS) program. DPS is responsible for managing the movement and storage of approximately 700,000 personal property shipments worldwide for our service members and their families. The role of CACI on the DPS program encompasses both system operations, sustainment (providing services to support the system’s 98% availability worldwide, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week), and new software development to deliver enhanced functionality while improving the program’s stability and security.
Some individuals on our team have been with the DPS program for upwards of ten years (and with CACI even longer), giving them great insight when it comes to understanding both how the system operates as well as the needs of the user community. The team takes great pride in both recognizing our customer’s goals in order to bring them to fruition and anticipating their challenges to tackle issues before they become major problems. This has resulted in a strong, trusted relationship between the CACI team and the Government business owners.
We are a very close-knit team (like family in many ways) with focus on collaboration, transparency, cross-training, and career growth (and we also have a lot of fun together!). We are looking for a team player who is also a self-starter and will jump in to provide value, continuous improvement, and leadership to the team. There are opportunities for additional responsibilities for the right person. Our Java Developers will receive the training and certifications needed to excel in this marketplace.
