CACI is seeking a Siebel Developer to work to develop, deploy, and sustain Siebel capabilities for an Oracle Logistics and Transportation solution to Department of Defense customers. You will join our growing Business and Information Technology Services (BITS) organization team to support our contract with the Defense Personal Property System (DPS). DPS is USTRANSCOM's logistics system that moves shipments of personal goods of more than 1.3 million service members, 700,000 civilians, and their families.
As a member of the Program Team, you will:
Be a part of a dynamic, close-knit team of mid- to senior-level professionals.
Be responsible for researching, designing, developing and/or modifying Siebel components.
Present ideas for system improvements and actively participates in design and analysis sessions to ensure sound team decision-making.
Work closely with business analysts, designers, and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements.
Conduct unit tests and documents findings. Supports formal testing in controlled environment before code is promoted to production.
Provide design, development, testing, implementation, and sustainment of Siebel capabilities.
Troubleshoot issues as they relate to help desk tickets, development defects, system upgrades, and patching.
Support the “DevSecOps” pipeline.
BA/BS in a technical discipline.
10+ years of experience.
Active Secret Clearance.
Demonstrated Siebel design and development experience.
Experience with Oracle SEIBEL 22.1
Experience with Oracle Database 19c.
Experience with COTS upgrades and Patching.
Single Sign On (SSO), Security Assertation Markup Language (SAML), and Siebel Security Adapter Software Developers Kit.
Experience with Siebel security with regard to the Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG).
Familiarity with Agile processes.
Experience developing repositories, session variables and permissions.
Ability to successfully pass background investigation requirements.
You must be self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $79,000-$161,900. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
