Job Description

The Accounts Payable Manager Provides management and overall direction for administrative, transactional and recordkeeping activities supported by the Accounts Payable in our Shared Services Center (SSC).

What You’ll Get to Do:

•Manages the Accounts Payable administrative functions to include onboarding and employee administration, terminations, records, etc. •Reviews and evaluates quality of work and ensures employees follow documented processes.•Monitors and manage the P2P portal for all direct project invoice transaction and dashboards. Identify process improvement within the P2P portal on a regular basis.•Manages the P2P supplier management portal to ensure accurate supplier maintenance.•Manages all Accounts Payable SSC processing inboxes to include accounts payable, payment request, customer service, re-classes for quality assurance and service delivery. •Monitors metrics, conducts analyses, makes recommendations and prepares reports as related to productivity of staff and quality of work.•Plans the staffing of the Accounts Payable administration organization and manages the number of staff required to meet service level expectations.•Partners with Procurements SSC staff to ensure proper alignment and compliance with all processing policies.•Manages day-to-day administrative Accounts Payable activities.•Provides hands-on administration as needed for surge activities. You’ll Bring These Qualifications: •Undergraduate Degree and 5 years of related experience Prior knowledge of the Accounts Payable process Prior experience managing the Account Payable function and staff
