What You’ll Get to Do:
Manages the Accounts Receivables portfolio as assigned by the AR Manager.
Prepares and distributes updates and monthly reports to personnel and external contacts.
Processes refund requests.
Use the Costpoint financial system to record cash receipts and create re-classesand refunds in accordance with CACI standards and policies.
Submits invoices as needed.
Works special projects as assigned by AR Manager.
Execution of SOX controls related to collection process.
Key contributor within the project team for collection issues.
Use of COGNOS and Excel on Intermediate level.
Ability to work within the project teams and coordinate across CACI with stakeholders.
Provides advice, training and guidance to less experienced employees.
Ability to meet or exceed deadlines and prioritize your work accordingly.
More About the Role:
Accounts Receivable Analyst within the Finance & Accounting team located in CACI’s Shared Services Center in Oklahoma City.
Responsible for maintaining and tracking the status of invoices within a portfolio of accounts.
Duties include cash collection, allocation and application including general ledger entries.
This department also processes refunds and assists in resolving invoice payment issues.
AR Collections Analysts work closely with the project teams and billing department to ensure timely submission and collection of invoice payments.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
2+ years of professional experience.
Strong accounting background managing A/R.
Familiarity with accounting principles including journal entries
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Skilled in communicating professionally in all platforms: phone, email, video calls, conference calls, etc.
Work independently and with the team to meet objectives
Supportive, positive attitude.
Ability to identify root cause and solve problems.
Detail-oriented and quality focused.
Must pass a credit check and background check.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Familiarity with government contracts
Experience working in Costpoint, WAWF, IPP, MPO, COGNOS, etc.
