As the Application Support Technician you are responsible for answering user questions and performing application administration duties for our Contract and Subcontract Management systems. In this role, you will collect incident information through customer conversation, and self-service support tools and track incidents and requests from identification through resolution ensuring a quality end-to-end customer experience. You will be responsible for conducting the initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution for basic and complex incidents and requests regarding the use of application.
More About the Role:
Respond to user questions promptly
Troubleshoot application issues and help users resolve technical problems
Develop written training materials and user documentation
Participate in functional requirements gathering and testing of application enhancements
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Strong working knowledge of Procurement and Accounting systems
Ability to learn how to use new systems quickly in order to support the user community
Strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with end users
Ability to manage and administer a production system with the appropriate attention to detail to prevent mistakes
Typically has a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of related work experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with back office systems (ie. Accounting, Contracts, HR, etc.) for a Government Contractor preferred
Ivalua Buyer experience preferred
SharePoint configuration experience preferred
