CACI International Associate Contracts Administrator in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Job Description

What you'll get to do:

This position will be located in a Shared Services Center (SSC). Under close supervision, reviews contract and task order awards and modifications for contracts database data entry, and conducts data entry, as well as maintaining and updating CACI corporate information in Govt. System for Acquisition Management (SAM) database, and supports post-performance contract de-obligation requests and close-out process, including quick close-outs.

More about this role:

  • Reviews and analyzes new contracts and modifications for agreement and consistency with proposals.

  • Enters contract information into contracts database.

  • Understands CACI corporate structure and interacts with other staff to update corporate information in SAM database.

  • Supports post-performance de-obligation and quick close-out requests as required and interfaces with Govt. and Prime Contractor points of contacts to respond to those requests, as directed by Contract Close-out Lead.

  • Supports other post-award contract administration functions, under close supervision, on an as-needed basis.

You'll bring these qualifications:

  • Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and two years of related experience.

  • Knowledge of FAR and DFAR.
