Join CACI as a Billing Specialist within the Finance & Accounting team located in our Shared Services Center in Oklahoma City.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • You will work with other dynamic business units such as Project Managers, Accounts Receivable, Contracts, etc.

  • You will be working in tandem with these collaborative teams toward the same goal: CACI's ability to provide solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian Customers.

  • You will be responsible for the preparation of complex project invoices and submitting them to our customer via numerous methods. Specific activities will include:

  • Use the Costpoint financial system to create complex project invoices in accordance with CACI standards and policies.

  • Invoice timely and accurately, with invoices being submitted within the specified contract or CACI standards.

  • Support of internal, external and government audits as required.

  • Execution of SOX controls related to invoicing process.

  • Key contributor within the project team for invoicing issues.

  • Be on the alert for continuous improvement opportunities within the invoicing process.

  • Provide advice and guidance to less experienced employees.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant billing experience.

  • Bachelor's degree or a comparative level of job experience.

  • Experience working with government customers.

  • Skilled in Excel.

  • Work independently and/or with limited guidance.

  • Work within collaborative teams.

  • Skill in communicating professionally in all platforms: phone, email, conference calls, etc.

  • Knowledge of FAR, T&M, Cost Plus and Fixed Price invoicing requirements.

  • Ability to meet or exceed deadlines and prioritize your work accordingly.

  • Ability to use COGNOS and Excel on an intermediate or advanced level.

  • Ability to work within the Billing team and coordinate across CACI with stakeholders.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of government accounting.

  • Experience working in Costpoint, WAWF, IPP, MPO, COGNOS, etc.

  • Knowledge of government contracts: CPFF, FFP, T&M.
