What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI International Inc has an opening for a Billing/Invoicing Supervisor in our Shared Services Center (SSC) in Oklahoma City!

The Billing/Invoicing Supervisor will manage the billing functions including maintenance of invoicing, electronic invoicing, and staff activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

He/She will:

  • Manage Billing/Invoicing staff to meet customer needs and departmental goals

  • Manage Billing/Invoicing quality review and revise processes, controls, and methods, as appropriate

  • Work closely with Operational Accountant and PMO teams to resolve invoice-related issues

  • Train, develop, and evaluate Billing/Invoicing team members

  • Follow all Billing/Invoicing policies and procedures to ensure successful internal/external audits

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field required, or 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree

  • 6+ years of Accounting experience

  • 3+ years managerial or supervisor experience

  • Familiarity with all contract types: Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, and Time & Material

  • Costpoint experience

  • Billing experience, along with experience working with electronic invoice submissions

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Possess and ability to multi-task with a high-volume workload

  • Possess outstanding interpersonal, communication, and business partnering skills with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally at various levels within a company

  • Must be detail-oriented and organized, with an ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced working environment

  • Possess Excel and other Microsoft suite application skills

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Government contract/cost accounting experience
