CACI International Business Analyst – Process Improvement & Innovation in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Job Description

Are you an analytical thinker? Have experience with ServiceNow? SQL? Interested in automation? As the Business Analyst for our Process Improvement & Innovations Department, you will be part of a team that is the driver behind CACI’s continued growth and success at the Shared Service Center (SSC) in Oklahoma City, OK. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining ServiceNow and Power BI reports, opening the SSC to SQL server connections, working with the corporate team to develop Cognos reports, and exploring other direct connections where able. With our commitment to innovation, our business analysts help seek out, develop, and help implement initiatives for improved efficiencies and productivity.

This position will be part of a dynamic analyst office responsible for metrics, automation (AI and ML), and innovation. You will be a part of elevating the capabilities of the SSC.

The SSC is home to hundreds of CACI team members working in critical corporate functions, such as Finance and Accounting, Information Systems, Contracts, Procurement, Security and Human Resources.

What You’ll Get to Do:

As a Business Analyst for Process Improvement Innovation, you will get to drive discovery sessions across business units to document current As-Is processes and to identify substandard processes through review of process documentation and discussions with subject matter experts.

  • You will serve as a thought leader for technical solutions using UiPath Robotics Automation, Power BI, SQL, and Power Automate platforms, developing forward-thinking solutions that increase efficiency and productivity.

  • Maintain knowledgebase repository through SharePoint and ensure quality procedures and solutions are available to the staff.

  • Understand CACI corporate structure and interact with other staff to update documentation effectively.

  • Document current functional processes and evaluate their candidacy for innovation to creating cutting edge solutions

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Education – Open to Associates, Trade School, Bachelors, or other relevant work experience minimum of 5 years

  • Strong working knowledge of relevant applications, including, SharePoint, Power Automate, AI Builder, Power BI, SQL, & COGNOS

  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices/ISO20K standards

  • Experience in development and reporting of service metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Extensive experience with data visualization

  • Proven capabilities in project management

  • Highly proficient technical writing capabilities and proven development of innovative and impactful solutions

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Working knowledge of UiPath Robotics Process Automation, Costpoint & ServiceNow

  • Microsoft Power Platform and Azure - Agile fundamentals

  • Familiarity with .NET development

  • Prior experience working in a shared service environment highly preferred

  • BA/BS is preferred but not required
